Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n The Junior Architect will support the design and project teams in developing architectural drawings, design concepts, and project documentation. The role is ideal for a graduate architect looking to gain hands-on experience in architectural design, site coordination, and project execution.<\/p>\n Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n – Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and design presentations.<\/p>\n – Support senior architects in developing design concepts and project plans.<\/p>\n – Prepare working drawings and documentation for approvals and construction.<\/p>\n – Assist with site visits, measurements, and project monitoring.<\/p>\n – Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants as required.<\/p>\n – Make revisions to drawings based on feedback and project requirements.<\/p>\n – Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes and standards.<\/p>\n – Maintain proper documentation and filing of project materials.<\/p>\n Qualifications & Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n – Bachelor\u2019s degree in Architecture or a related field.<\/p>\n – Graduate Architect (NYSC pending or completed).<\/p>\n – Basic knowledge of architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).<\/p>\n – Good understanding of building design and construction principles.<\/p>\n – Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team environment.<\/p>\n – Good communication and time-management skills.<\/p>\n Key Skills & Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n – Creativity and attention to detail<\/p>\n – Ability to take instructions and learn quickly<\/p>\n – Basic technical and drafting skills<\/p>\n – Problem-solving skills<\/p>\n – Team collaboration<\/p>\n
